Arcadia Saltbush Lamb is raised at Boree Creek on Old Man Saltbush, acacia scrub, native grass and lucerne pastures. Our animals are also given free range access to oats. The varied mineral rich diet and good water access, ensures a delicious subtle flavour and moisture retention that is typically characteristic of 'Saltbush Lamb'.
